2nd Lt. Talbott is a proud two-time graduate of Kent State University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's degree in criminology, focusing on global security. His academic achievements are impressive, and he has also become a member of Alpha Phi Sigma, the criminal justice honor society, showcasing his commitment to excellence in his field.
